YAS! Pam grew out of a quiet knowing—that the tools I’ve gathered over a lifetime could serve others in meaningful, grounded ways.
Through yoga, Ayurveda, and speech therapy, I offer practices that restore rhythm, awaken vitality, and reconnect us to what matters most.
I'd love to walk with you for a while. How can I support your journey?
My path began in the performing arts—with a career on stage, in commercials, and voiceover work, including a one-woman show. After earning my MFA in Theatre in 1991, I moved to Florida and began teaching Voice for Actors at Eckerd College and the University of South Florida.
In 1999, I completed an MS in Speech-Language Pathology. Merging my performance background with clinical expertise, I’ve helped both children and adults strengthen their communication skills and vocal health. Over the years, I’ve coached actors and local TV broadcasters, including News Channel 8 and ESPN2..
These days, I also offer voice workshops for yoga teachers—bringing together breath, clarity, and presence to support confident, embodied teaching.
I began practicing yoga in the mid-1980s and teaching since 1994, weaving together mindfulness, breath work, and gentle movement. Over the decades, my personal practice has evolved into a way of life—grounding me through transitions and supporting me through joy and loss.
In 2011, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and went on to complete a 300-hour advanced certification in 2020. My teaching style is centered on presence, rhythm, and relationship. Whether I’m working one-on-one or leading a group, I offer practices that meet you where you are, drawing from decades of experience and deep listening.
Ayurveda entered my life in 2013, offering steady guidance and nourishment during a time I deeply needed it—as a single parent balancing work, health, and healing. What began as curiosity quickly became a lifelong study.
I completed the 200-hour Foundations of Ayurveda program through the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, as well as the 75-hour “Uniting Yoga & Ayurveda” module. I’m currently enrolled in the 450-hour Ayurveda Health Counselor program and plan to continue this work in the years to come.
I now offer seasonal workshops, guided cleanses, and private consultations to support others in aligning with nature’s rhythms and aging with grace.

When I’m not teaching, studying, or sharing the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, life is full and joyful. I’m married to my best friend, and together we love to explore along with our 5 (adult) children! Whether traveling to new corners of the world or simply discovering hidden gems close to home. I’m endlessly curious, often diving into new studies just for the joy of learning. At home, our golden doodle, Kugel, keeps us laughing and reminds me daily of the power of play and presence.
At YAS! Pam, I offer personalized wellness, voice, and lifestyle guidance for those seeking balance, clarity, and growth. Whether you’re curious about Yoga, Ayurveda, or speech/voice coaching, I’d love to hear from you.
YAS! Pam
