I understand the body from the inside out.
I'm Pam — a yoga teacher, Ayurveda Health Counselor, and Nationally Certified Speech-Language Pathologist based in the Tampa Bay area. For over 25 years, I've guided people toward greater ease, clarity, and a more graceful relationship with their own bodies.
My path weaves science and spirit. I've coached performers and public speakers, supported neurodivergent children and adults recovering from stroke, and guided hundreds through yoga and Ayurveda — practices that honor nature's rhythms and the body's innate wisdom.
I don't just teach these things. I live them, vulnerably and honestly.
This work grew out of a quiet knowing — that the tools I've gathered over a lifetime could serve others in meaningful, grounded ways. Through yoga, Ayurveda, and speech therapy, I offer practices that restore rhythm, reconnect us to what matters most, and remind us that the body already knows the way home.
I'd love to walk with you for a while. How can I support your journey?
I bring these workshops to yoga studios, wellness centers, and teacher training programs — in person in the Tampa Bay area or virtually. Each one is experiential, practical, and deeply rooted in the YAS!Pam approach: body, breath, and voice working together. Pricing is tailored to your program.

Ayurveda didn't just teach me how to eat or sleep better. It taught me how to come home to myself.
I came to Ayurveda in 2013 during one of the harder seasons of my life — navigating single parenthood and the particular exhaustion that comes from giving everything to everyone else. I wasn't looking for a system. I was looking for steadiness.
My digestion settled for the first time in years
What began as curiosity became a lifelong path. I trained through the Kripalu School of Ayurveda and continue studying — including ongoing work with Dr. Claudia Welch on menopause and women's health, because this tradition has something genuinely useful to say about every season of a woman's life.
Ayurveda doesn't ask you to be different than you are. It asks you to pay attention to what your body already knows.
I now offer Ayurveda workshops, seasonal cleanses, and private consultations — helping others find that same quality of attentiveness, and the ease that follows when you stop working against your own nature.

If you've ever felt like your body is working against you — Ayurveda might be the framework that finally makes sense of it.

My life is full and joyful — and I don't take that lightly. I'm married to my best friend, and together we've blended a family of five adult children who keep things wonderfully lively. We love to travel, exploring new corners of the world and discovering hidden gems close to home.
I'm endlessly curious. I regularly dive into new studies just for the joy of learning — because I genuinely believe that staying a student is one of the best things you can do for yourself at any age.
And then there's Kugel — our golden doodle — who reminds me every single day of the power of play and presence. Honestly, he might be the best teacher in the house.
I share all of this because I think it matters. The women I work with are often so busy tending to everyone else that they've lost the thread of their own lives — the curiosity, the pleasure, the sense of being fully here. That's not a small thing to lose. And it's not a small thing to find again.
This work isn't separate from my life. It is my life. And I'd love to help you find that for yourself.
Not sure where to start? That's exactly the right place to begin.
A free 15-minute consultation is the easiest first step. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation to see if this feels like the right fit.

I read every message myself.
You'll hear from Pam — not an assistant, not an automated reply.
I take that seriously, because reaching out when something feels off takes courage. I don't want that to go unmet.
